As part of the latest Body Basics events, it was the beautiful country of Costa Rica we visited to compete in The Coastal Challenge.

It consisted of jungle terrain, river crossings, beach running and travelling through many small villages and outposts, over a distance of 150km – Andy even achieved a 3rd place finish!

With some fantastic people, memorable terrain, amazing wildlife and the searing heat, it will remain an incredible experience.
